Local Evaluators Open to Additional Work

No more than 4% of each grant total budget can be used for local evaluation efforts. Grantees may NOT use grant funds to pay for grant writing or make purchases, enter into any contract, or incur expenses before a signed grant agreement. – Iowa RFA
Local evaluators must attend annual online training each year to review data requirements.
