Professional Development

The Iowa Department of Education contracts with the Iowa Afterschool Alliance to coordinate and host many professional development opportunities for 21CCLC grantees and other out-of-school time professionals throughout the year.

The primary modes of professional development offered to the Iowa 21CCLC grantee network are:

• Impact Afterschool Conference

• Annual summer and fall workshops

• Best Practice Webinars - monthly and as requested

• IAA Leadership Series
